We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven and energetic Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Swinton.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will get involved with progressing sales from offer through to completion, advising, and matching buyer’s requirements to properties, vendor management, and much, much more. This is a full-time role working Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am – 5pm and one in three Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Our ideal candidate will have; at least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator, excellent communication skills, you will be professional and organised and have the willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will want to work for a leading local brand. Local area knowledge and an industry-related professional qualification such as NAEA or NFOPP would be a distinct advantage with this role but not essential.
