Residential Lettings Negotiator | Bolton

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven and energetic Residential Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Bolton.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will get involved with finding tenants, negotiating offers, conducting move-ins, managing end of tenancy’s and ensuring excellent communication between landlords and tenants, as well as and much, much more. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am – 5pm and one in three Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm.

A bit about you

Our ideal candidate will have; at least 12 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator, excellent communication skills, you will be professional and organised and have the willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will want to work for a leading local brand. Local area knowledge and an industry-related professional qualification such as ARLA would be a distinct advantage with this role but not essential.
