We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven and energetic Residential Sales Negotiator to join our team in Swinton.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will get involved with progressing sales from offer through to completion, advising, and matching buyer’s requirements to properties, vendor management, and much, much more. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am – 5pm and one in three Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Our ideal candidate will have; at least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator, excellent communication skills, you will be professional and organised and have the willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will want to work for a leading local brand. Local area knowledge and an industry-related professional qualification such as NAEA or NFOPP would be a distinct advantage with this role but not essential.
