Over the past year we’ve been working extremely hard in Bolton. As a local girl in the area I am so proud that we are the number one agent and we’re getting more people moving than any other agent.

In the last year a lot of property sales involved terraced houses which sold for an average of £105k, semi-detached sold for an average price of £155k and detached properties gathered a huge £282k.

Bolton, with an general average price of £156,813 was cheaper than Heaton, Lostock and Bromley Cross.

During the last year, sold prices in Bolton were 3% up on the previous year and 8% up on 2015 when the average house price was £144,731!
