It’s official! This is the BEST EVER spring sellers market!

Record breaking figures

March has brought with it ANOTHER new price record with the average price of property coming to market jumping by 1.7%!

This is the largest monthly rise seen at this time of the year since 2004.

There is no denying that this is the best EVER Spring seller’s market! Not only are we seeing record-breaking price levels, but we also have the biggest mismatch in supply-demand for this time of year, with TWICE as many buyers than properties on the market.

As well as this, the chance of finding a buyer in the first week of Spring is at the highest level EVER recorded, and twice as high as March 2019.
