Before we visit, we will have compiled extensive market research of comparable homes in your area and will share these results with you. We will be talking to you about the local and national market conditions, being honest and realistic on a valuation figure and a proposed asking price.
We will also be pleased to discuss with you a marketing strategy and how our 'More as Standard' marketing package will help promote your property, to its full potential, and the widest possible audience. We will provide your market appraisal free of charge on the basis that you are ready to sell your property now or in the near future.
